We’re seeking a Senior Recruiter to fuel the next phase of growth within our PRISM division. This role is both strategic and hands-on — perfect for someone who thrives on ownership, autonomy, and action. You’ll be responsible for identifying and building top-tier technical and product-focused talent pipelines that align directly with PRISM’s evolving product and systems goals.

The ideal candidate combines a product development mindset with a recruiter’s precision — someone who can operate independently, collaborate deeply with business leaders, and deliver outcomes with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Ownership: Drive the entire Hire–Train–Deploy lifecycle, from sourcing and evaluation to onboarding and deployment readiness.
  • Strategic Workforce Planning: Collaborate with PRISM leadership to forecast talent needs aligned with integration and product development roadmaps.
  • Hands-On Recruitment Execution: Personally source, engage, and close top technical talent with an emphasis on quality, speed, and fit.
  • Capability Alignment: Design talent assessments and screening processes that identify candidates with strong product and system-thinking capabilities.
  • Partnership & Collaboration: Work closely with delivery, engineering, and L&D teams to ensure seamless HTD operations.
  • Continuous Optimization: Use data-driven insights to refine the HTD pipeline, reduce time-to-deploy, and improve candidate quality.
  • Independent Ownership: Execute with confidence, requiring minimal hand-holding while maintaining high accountability and delivery focus.

Skills & Experience

  • 5–8 years of technical or product-based recruitment experience, preferably within HTD, staff augmentation, or workforce acceleration models.
  • Deep understanding of product development, systems integration, or enterprise technology ecosystems.
  • Proven track record of independently managing high-volume and niche technical hiring mandates.
  • Strong analytical and process optimization mindset.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Prior exposure to training coordination or talent deployment programs is a plus.
