JOB OVEVIEW:
Primary responsibility of the resource will be to test Front End portal with Guidewire ProducerEngage & CustomerEngage.
Guidewire ProducerEngage & CustomerEngage Account Management is an Internet-based application that lets you extend and supplement certain capabilities of Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, & ClaimCenter.
Should have knowledge on the Policy & Claims flows in the ProducerEngage & CustomerEngage portal
Should have knowledge on the Financial transactions through the ProducerEngage & CustomerEngage portal
Should have knowledge across products from Personal and Commercial lines
Should have experience working in Agile methodologies.
Should have knowledge in using Jira.
Should have very strong oral and written communication skills to co-ordinate with Onshore and Offshore teams.
Should be able to design test cases and identify defects and triage them.
Should be proficient in API testing using postman/Soap UI Should have hands-on experience with SQL "
Mandatory Skills in depth knowledge in Guidewire Portal application including Customer engage & producer engage
Nice to have skills Other Core Center knowledge like Policy & Claims
